30-day return window
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. After this period, a full refund or exchange cannot be offered.
Items that may be returned
To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the condition received and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase. Do not send a purchase to a manufacturer.
Items not eligible
Gift cards, downloadable products and selected health or personal-care items are not returnable. Sale items are not refundable. An item that has been used, damaged, has missing parts for reasons not caused by us, or is returned after 30 days may receive only a partial refund or may not be accepted.
Review and refund
After we receive and inspect a return, we will email you with our decision. If approved, the refund is applied to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. If a refund is not yet visible, please check with your bank or card provider first; they may need additional time to post it.
Exchange for a defective or damaged item
We replace an item only where it is defective or damaged. Email masvalue-reuse-shop@outlook.com to request an exchange for the same item.
Gift purchases
Where an item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to the recipient, an approved return may be issued as gift credit. Otherwise, any approved refund is returned to the original purchaser.
Returning an item
For return guidance, contact us before posting the item. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable; where a refund is approved, return-shipping cost may be deducted from it. For higher-value items, consider a trackable delivery service or shipping insurance.
