Requesting a cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at masvalue-reuse-shop@outlook.com with your order details.
Before processing
We will try to assist where the order has not yet been confirmed, prepared or handed to a delivery provider. A cancellation request is not confirmed until we reply to you.
Orders already in progress
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. If applicable, the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy will instead apply.
Approved cancellations
Where a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund is returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
