Availability and quotation
Stock is subject to availability. We will review the request and, where feasible, provide a written quotation or next steps. A quotation does not reserve stock or create an order until it is accepted and confirmed by us.
Order confirmation
Bulk orders are confirmed only after the relevant item availability, pricing, payment arrangement and delivery details have been agreed in writing. We may ask for additional information before accepting an order.
Delivery planning
Free standard delivery applies within Malaysia in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Overnight delivery and international shipping are not offered. Larger orders may require delivery coordination before dispatch.
Returns and changes
Once confirmed, bulk-order changes or cancellations may be limited because stock may have been allocated or prepared. Any applicable return or exchange is handled under the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.
